CHRISTMAS CABIN 2023
My magical Christmas Cabin themed setting offers a variety of different image options to choose from!
DATES: Friday 17th, Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th November, 2023
At your session you can choose from two of your favourite scene options below:
SCENE 1. Father Christmas handing your child/children a special gift.
SCENE 2. Watching the magic unfold as Father Christmas tells a story from his Christmas fairytales.
SCENE 3. Father Christmas checking his naughty and nice list.
SCENE 4. A traditional Christmas portrait without Father Christmas that features just your children in this cosy setting (and is large enough if parents want to jump in too!).
Your 20 minute sessions will take place at my studio in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. The full studio address will be emailed to you in advance of your session.
£95 Basic package:
- Includes 2 professional edited images (from the chosen scenes above)
- Supplied as high and low resolution files by downloadable link
HOW TO BOOK:
To book your session choose your date below and follow the instructions. Please list each child's name & their age in the 'Notes' field at checkout of who will feature in your session. I am unable to accommodate sibling groups of more than four children, please contact me if you wish to arrange a separate session for larger groups. Additional digital images can be purchased for £25 each.
Please read full terms and conditions before booking:
1. If you would like the children featured in your image to be wearing their Christmas pyjamas, please come dressed and ready as there is limited space and time for changing in between sessions. Please also ensure that children are fed and rested prior to the session and feel free to bring any emergency snacks and toys if you think they may be required.
2. You must arrive on time for your session. Sessions are back-to-back therefore please arrive at your booked session time, otherwise I am unable to guarantee your slot.
3. Parents must accept full responsibility for the safety of babies who will need to be supported and held by their family members at all times for the session.
4. No more than two adults to attend and accompany the children at the session, this is because my studio space is very cosy in size!
5. I will use my professional judgement and experience to select the best image of your child/children for your final image. Please note that I am unable to send 'proofs' and your finished digital image will be available to download directly within a few weeks after your session & only once full payment has been made.
8. Images remain the copyright of Nikki Goodeve Photography and may be used for advertising purposes, unless otherwise agreed.
9. In the event that you need to cancel your booked session, a 25% cancellation fee will apply up to 48hrs prior to your session. Within 48hrs a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
10. Pets are welcome to attend sessions by prior arrangement, with or without children, please provide details when making your booking.
11. Please note that there will not be an actor playing the role of Father Christmas at the shoot. This image (as shown above) will be digitally inserted after the shoot.
